A night of indulgence awaits on 6 June at La Table French Brasserie, with guests savouring a meticulously curated five-course menu perfectly paired with award-winning, premium Born sakes from Fukui Prefecture, Japan. Crafted by Katokichibee Shoten brewery founded in 1860, Born sake is renowned for its delicacy and purity, thanks to its traditional brewing method and superior ice-temperature aging technique. What’s more, Born Chogin Junmai Daiginjo sake has repeatedly played a starring role at prestigious ceremonies in Japan, including the country’s royal weddings.

A highlight of the special evening is the participation of the 11th-generation brewery president, Mr. Atsuhide Kato, who will share the stories, craftsmanship and philosophy behind Born. Guests will also enjoy a perfectly matched menu of delicacies including Crispy Pork Belly with Butternut Squash and Mustard Sauce and Sous Vide Fillet of Beef with Fondant Potatoes, Heirloom Carrot and Natural Jus, to complete a night of pure finesse.
